Hotel All Riviera Playa del Carmen

We loved the location of this hotel, right next to the beach and close to everything, including beautiful Akumel beach and the bars. The staff was friendly and honored our reservation for a beachfront room, which was spacious and had a nice view.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

This place has a perfect location, everything is in walking distance and it is right on the beach. The staff here is amazing, they put the service of the three other big dollar All Inclusive resorts I stayed at to shame. The room amenities are also top-notch, with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, and the restaurant and bar areas are great too. The leisure facilities are also impressive, with an outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

Recommending this hotel to my family was a no-brainer.

I had the most amazing time at this Mexican style hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, just a short distance from the main pier and right on the sandy beach. Unlike other hotels in the area, there were no fishing boats obstructing the view. The rooms were spacious and functional, with a powerful air conditioner and ceiling fans to keep us cool. The service was outstanding, with the staff at the restaurant and beach chairs being incredibly attentive. The breakfast may have been simple, but the reasonably priced menu offered delicious options like chilequilas and fish tacos. I loved lounging on the beach and ordering food and drinks right from my chair. The atmosphere was family-oriented, and we enjoyed mingling with the other guests by the pool while the kids played. The live music from Bad Boys next door added to the fun ambiance. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The WiFi connection is not very reliable.

We were those taking off early, and the staff at the front desk during check-out was incredibly kind and helpful. The ocean view from our room was absolutely stunning, and having direct access to the beach was a major plus. The pool was great for kids and provided a fun and relaxing atmosphere. The location of the resort is superb, with 5th avenue street, an oxxo, and the bus terminal just a few minutes away. the facilities met our needs and the bathroom was clean.
